Wednesday am Track Workout, 6:30am
This Wednesday morning track session is designed to help make you a better, faster runner. Led by TriFit coach Bernard Baski, we concentrate on run technique and interval training.
The workout will start at 6:30am, please come 5-10 minutes early to warm-up.
Don’t worry about your level of running. Whether you are training for a marathon, a 10K, or triathlon, or just trying to increase your level of fitness, the track will help you to be a faster, more efficient runner at every distance. Join us every Wednesday morning for this informative, fast and fun workout. If you are a TFMS member the weekly training email will keep you updated with any changes or cancellations.
Thursday Road Run @ 2XU 6:30 p.m.
TriFit Members are welcome to join the 2XU summer run group for a free, fun, energetic run group where all levels and ages are encouraged to participate. This is a fun run for both beginner and advanced runners, all levels are welcome. Three different distances are available to run: a 5k, a 5 miler or a 10k.
This run will meet every Thursday at 6:30 pm at the 2Xu store on 1512 Montana Ave, Santa Monica 90402. Pür Pak co-sponsors the run and will provide pre and post workout hydration for everyone!
Wednesday Road Run @ Top to Top 6:30 p.m.
TriFit members are joining Top to Top for a weekly run designed to facilitate those elusive maintenance runs, and a chance to meet some special guests and other runners in the area.
Beginning at 6:30pm every Wednesday night in front of the Santa Monica store, we will have some fun announcements and special guests. This run is for beginner through advanced runners and will offer three distances: 5k, 5 miles, 10k. After the run Top To T0p we will be supplying food and drink for all. And don’t forget about the raffle prizes!
If you’re training for a marathon or just starting this “running” thing, this is a fun way to make it fun and easy, while still actually “training”.

Sunday am Trail or Road Run, 7:30am
The Sunday morning run meets at one of two locations: Will Rogers State Historical Park (Pacific Palisades) or intersection of Ocean and San Vicente (Santa Monica). At either location, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to warm-up. This run is free and open to the public. Please check the calendar for specific run location.
These runs a fun way to get a great workout and chat away while getting the miles in. It’s a great social run and it gets the distance done. We typically run hills so get ready for a strength builder! If you are a TFMS member the weekly training email will keep you updated with any changes or cancellations.
Will Rogers State Park
At Will Rogers we start with 1-2 miles around the polo field then either head up the trail for 2 mile loops or you may just choose to stay on the polo field. We typically do from 2-4 loops for a total of 5-10 miles. All speeds will be represented including those looking for a run/walk.
Ocean & San Vicente
At Ocean Ave and San Vicente Blvd, we will split into different groups determined by speed and distance desired.
