Swim stroke + video analysis

If you are looking to improve your swim technique we encourage an underwater video analysis with one of TriFit’s USAT and/or USA Swimming certified coaches.  Using both our underwater and overhead camera, our coaches will videotape, analyze, and explain swim stroke biomechanics and efficiency.  Every component of your stroke can be analyzed including:
• Balance and Alignment
• Body position
• Breathing
• Kicking
• Underwater pull
• Core body rotation
• Stroke timing
• Arm recovery
From this analysis our coach will take you through the technical aspects of swimming; critique your technique, and give you recommendations to help correct your stroke, kicking, breathing and body positions. Using this specific and appropriate feedback TriFit will help you improve your stroke and swimming inefficiencies.  This will not only enhance your swimming enjoyment but your times as well.  If you are looking simply to swim better or to get the edge on the competition, underwater swim video analysis is for you.

Underwater swim analysis is available for individuals and groups. TriFit also conducts periodic group clinics available to members and non-members of TriFit Club & Studios and TriFit MultiSport.

Run gait analysis

Using POSE technique™ method, our coaches will videotape, analyze, and explain biomechanics and efficiency.  Using a series of progressive and specific drills/exercises we will enhance your overall performance in competition or outdoor exercising while keeping you injury free.  You will be videotaped at the beginning and end of the session for a pre and post video analysis.  After a progressive series of exercises and stretches you will go through a series of practice runs.  The methodology and philosophy of “natural running” will be broken down and explained from a biomechanical perspective.  A post video analysis will be conducted, weaknesses will be pointed out, and specific exercises will be prescribed.  The results of proper running technique are more efficient running, less injury; faster running times and less overall time spent putting in junk mileage.  For our coaches proper running technique has been the number one determining factor in producing faster more efficient runners.

TriFit also conducts periodic group clinics available to members and non-members of TriFit Club & Studios and TriFit MultiSport.
