All race and training programs are customized to meet your specific needs. TriFit coaches Bernard Baski and Rad Hallman can build you a program to help you reach your goals and in-house Exercise Physiologist, Kirsten Wagner administers all related testing.
All race and training programs are customized to each individual using heart rate and other physical information provided by you. Program Features: customized & periodized training programs based on experience and fitness levels. Heart rate zones & training zones are provided based on an individual’s needs. All programs have five distinct phases: Base, Build, Peak, Taper, Recover.

A) Customized / Periodized Training Programs (No Testing)

Race Distance (TFMS Member Rate)
12 week: $225
13-20 week: Varied Distances: $550
B) Customized / Periodized Training Programs (Includes Lactate OR Metabolic Testing)
Program features:
• Customized & periodized training programs based on either Lactate or Metabolic Test
• Heart rate zones & training zones
• Customized training phases: Build, Peak, Recover, Taper
Race Distance (TFMS Member Rate)
12 week: : $400
13-20 week: Varied Distances: $725
