Join us at TriFit’s Run Technique Happy Hour, where USAT Coach Bernard Baski will discuss the fundamentals of proper POSE running technique, and our strength and conditioning coaches will guide you through exercises that can help you run faster and injury-free. Incorporate our run-specific strength exercises into your training to optimize your performance, and even PR, at the TriFit-sponsored Santa Monica Venice Christmas Run on Saturday, December 6th. Parking: We are located in the Colorado Center on Colorado Ave, between Cloverfield & 26th St. Pull in to the underground visitor parking structure (2401 entrance on Colorado), pull a ticket, make an immediate right, and follow signs to VISITORS/VALET parking. You will then take the 2501 elevator to the 1st floor (Palm Court) and TriFit is adjacent to The Daily Grill in Suite #120. Bring your parking ticket to the event for validation.
