TriFit members have full access to two indoor squash courts, and located in the beautifully landscaped Colorado Center Park are two tennis courts and an outdoor half-court basketball court. Get in on the action and join our tournaments and competitive leagues which run throughout the year.

Squash Courts

TriFit is home to the only two squash courts on the Westside of Los Angeles. Between games, the squash court lounge offers a comfortable place to relax and enjoy our complimentary Wi-Fi or courtesy computer. Round robin games are held every Thursday night and Sunday morning, and private lessons are available from our resident squash pros.

Tennis Courts

Enjoy a match on our two hard courts, which are lit at night and available by reservation. A team of TriFit approved tennis pros are available for private and group instruction to help you improve your court play.

Saturday – Sunday: 8am-6pm

RULES & REGULATIONS

• The ethics of tennis and good sportsmanship prevail for the safety and enjoyment of all.
• Tennis shoes or other white soled rubber shoes must be worn.
• The West court is reserved for approved tennis professionals, clinics, and private lessons.
• The East court is reserved for the public and Santa Monica residents.
• Players have a 15 minute grace period on all reservations, after the 15 minute grace period the court is open for play.
• Drop-ins are welcome on either court as long as there are no court reservations. If the court is not reserved and/or not occupied, it is considered an open court and any persons can use the court. However, the court must be forfeited upon the arrival of the next reservation.
• Music, loud noise, skates, skateboards, scooters prohibited.

Why do I have to go in to the TRIFIT office to activate a pass before I can make a court reservation?

It is required to show proof in order to receive a discounted quarterly/annual pass and to verify a current Santa Monica residence.

What do I need to bring for verification to activate my quarterly/annual pass?

All players must bring in an Identification card with a picture that shows date of birth and proof of residency. Alternate options are a birth certificate and a utility bill with name and current address.

Can I play if I am not a Santa Monica resident or TriFit member?

Yes, however you may not purchase a quarterly/annual pass. If non-residents want to book courts, there will be a $3 per booking hour charged.

If I already have a pass with the City of Santa Monica, will that work for reservations at the Colorado Center?

Other tennis passes don’t apply to the Colorado Center courts as the Yahoo! courts are on private property not city property. The Equity Office (property owners) and TriFit (court management) are responsible for all upkeep, repair, maintenance, lighting and reservations. We are not paid by the city for this nor are we city employees.

Where can I park?

Metered parking is available on Broadway (between Cloverfield and 26th) and on 26th street (between Colorado and Broadway). The meters are FREE before 9am and after 6pm. Players may park in the Colorado Center parking garage and pay the required visitor fees; TriFit will NOT validate parking for tennis reservations.

Are the Colorado Center tennis courts owned by the City of Santa Monica?

No. TriFit, LLC manages the courts at the Colorado Center for Equity Office Properties and the City of Santa Monica; however they are owned by Equity Office Properties and as per the city development agreement at the Colorado Center, open to the public.

Why are there fees assessed with court reservations?

Equity Office Properties has decided to move forward with a new reservation system, pricing, and regulations that are consistent with those governed by the City of Santa Monica.

What if I pay for a court reservation and can’t play after all, can my fees be refunded by to my account?

There will be a $3/hour credit on your account for your next reservation. No money will be refunded to a debit/credit card or in the form of cash.

Are there refunds for quarterly or annual passes?

No refunds are assessed. All prepaid passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Do both players utilizing the court need to pay?

No, only (1) player will pay for the court; fees will be assessed to whomever the reservation is made under.

What method of payment can I use to pay for my court reservations/quarterly pass?

We accept Paypal, debit/credit cards including: Visa, AMEX, and Mastercard.
