Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards in any dollar amount.

Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
For custom-made orders, we recommend calling to schedule an appointment for design consultation and measurements. We can also accommodate walk-in clients between set appointments.

How much time does an appointment take?
Appointments for custom shirts and trousers fittings, or for our ready-made clothing, are typically only 30 minutes in length. Appointments for custom-made suits, or for multiple custom items, usually last between 60-90 minutes.

Do I need to bring anything with me for my custom clothing appointment?
It is helpful to wear a suit or a shirt to your appointment so we can discuss items for modification; however, it is not necessary to wear specific items as we have sample garments on hand.

What fabrics do you have available?
From wool to cashmere, from linen to cotton, Geoffrey Lewis carries the finest cloth from the most respected mills in the world including Loro Piana, Scabal, Zegna, Ariston, Vitale Barberis, and Holland & Sherry. We have 100% cotton shirts as well as cotton blends. For our overcoats and car coats, we offer 100% cashmere designs as well as wool/cashmere blends. From Super 100’s and 180’s to various seasonal weights, our fabric selection is unmatched.

Is there a payment schedule for custom-made and ready-made clothing?
For custom made clothing orders, we require 50% payment when the order is placed with the remaining 50% payment due upon delivery. Ready-made clothing requires full payment at time of purchase.

How long before I can pick up custom clothing order?
Custom made shirts and trousers will be ready for pick up within 3-4 week of order. Custom made suits, tuxedos, and coats will be ready for pick up within 6 weeks.

Do you guarantee your clothing?
Yes! As described in the ‘Experience’ section of our website, we stand behind every garment we make and sell. We provide 12 months of free alterations from date of purchase and reduced fees for alterations for the life of each garment. Buttons and seams are covered for the life of all of our custom-made clothing. Please note: we do not offer exchanges or refunds on any altered ready-made clothing.

Is it possible to duplicate my favorite suit or trouser?
Absolutely! Bring in your favorite suit or trouser and we will match the color, cut, and fit exactly.
