Our newly remodeled shop in downtown Washington D.C. provides clients a relaxing atmosphere devoid of sales pressure. The goal of our family is to create a wardrobe built for each client’s unique sartorial needs following a step-by-step process handed down for generations to ensure the perfect fit. From modern silhouettes to intricate and exquisite design features, we hold old-world craftsmanship in high regard.

As in years past, our tradition of outstanding service continues. Geoffrey Lewis employs master tailors on-site, houses an extensive collection of fabric samples from which to choose, and can provide off-site consultation and fittings upon request.

At the young age of fourteen, Angelo Abatzis learned the tailoring trade from his grandfather in Greece who instilled in him a passion for his craft. Angelo moved to Washington, D.C. in his early twenties to provide for his family and his dedication to providing exceptional service has kept numerous dignitaries, congressmen, lawyers, athletes and Washingtonians loyal to the Geoffrey Lewis brand for decades.

Sharing his father’s passion for tailoring, Angelo’s son Kosta joined Geoffrey Lewis in 2009. With degrees in both Finance and International Business from Drexel University, and years of sales experience working for multiple investment banks in NYC, Kosta incorporates considerable sales knowledge into his love for the family business.
